Clarity before filing

A filing is a commitment. The work that precedes it is where most outcomes are decided.

I have watched carefully prepared applications fail because the commercial story and the legal story never met. I have also watched imperfect applications succeed because someone took the time to see the structure first.

Before I file, I want to know what the mark or claim is for, where it will live, and what prior rights might complicate the path. That conversation is not delay. It is the filing, begun honestly.

Nepal’s procedures reward preparation. So do clients — even when they arrive asking for speed. Clarity is how speed becomes safe.
